The newly opened "STARHOUSE Residence" is located in the Moravian village called Hevlin in the Znojmo region, less than 2 km from the Austrian border.

If you are planning a private event, corporate team building or luxurious family holidays, "STARHOUSE Residence" is the most ideal place for your dreams to come true.

We want to offer you deluxe accommodations as well as unforgettable experience in a stress free and discreet environment. We have waiting just for you, comfortable seating on the terrace by the waterfall pond, for BBQ lovers we have a grill. We also offer a perfect relaxation in the outdoor hot tub or the hanging rocking chairs.

Luxury residences with its own guarded car park with exclusive garden has two apartments with four beds, one of them including a kitchen and three double rooms decorated in contemporary and timeless style. The rooms on the ground floor each contain a bathroom with a shower, sink and separate toilet. The attic apartments feature spacious bathrooms with bath, shower and bidet to fulfill your convenience.

On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a comfortably equipped kitchen and a clubhouse for fans of pool. We have prepared here the possibility of entertainment for people of all ages to play X-BOX ONE.You can share quiet moments or social gatherings by the smart TV SAMSUNG LED with Internet access on the large sofabed. The kitchen is fully at your disposal. For the culinary professional, a large American fridge wiht ice maker (Haier), espresso machine (DeLongi), microwave oven, glass ceranic cooktop, oven and dishwasher (all made by MORA), Sodastreem and other luxury appliances are also located in the kitchen.

When arranging our residence, we wanted to fulfill plenty of your requirements, and so we made sure each room is equipped with the latest electronics (LED TVs SAMSUNG, LENOVO and ASUS tablets connected through WIFI). For the most demanding clients, who still need to work away from home, we offer the possibility of Ethernet connectivity in every room. Rooms without kitchens are equipped with a wine fridge (Guzzanti) and coffee maker (CREMESSO, similar to Tassimo K-Cups).

During hot days, you can enjoy cooling air-conditioning throughout the entire building and when the cold days will come, we have heated rooms, and the floors are heated as well.

For guests who came to us just to relax and do not want to spend time cooking and getting ready, we can arrange according to their requirements buffet breakfast. And for lunch and dinner, we have a few tips for nearby restaurants where you can choose food according to your wishes and tastes, with delivery service available.

Our priority is to satisfy any your wishes, therefore we offer the possibility of refreshments, renting bicycles, use of Cabriolet for trips around Moravia or Austria. For the younger children, there is lots of toys, riding pony (PONY) and WALL SMART for them to play.
